Position

Senior Technical Property Manager – Germany

Responsibilities

Ensuring, monitoring and managing the operational technical property management
Monitoring compliance with maintenance and inspection plans as well as general safety regulations and legal requirements
Technical assessment, recommendation, commissioning and coordination of CapEx and repair measures
Coordination and supervision of external service providers
Warranty management and insurance claims management
Budget preparation and control, managing costs, quality, budget and timelines
Conducting regular property inspections
Close collaboration with commercial property managers and asset management

Qualifications

Completed degree in a technical field or technical training, preferably with an additional qualification (e.g., real estate economist)
Solid technical experience in property and/or facility management for commercial real estate
Independent and self‑reliant working style
Strong network of craftsmen and service providers
Team player with commitment, flexibility and assertiveness
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
German (native or bilingual) and English (professional working level)
