Shape the future of the Internet

You’ll play an integral part in the sales lifecycle, supporting Sales in defining Akamai AI Inference and GPU solutions. You’ll architect new and custom projects with some of the world’s most innovative companies.

Responsibilities

• Support Akamai Large Strategic GPU and AI inference projects.
• Drive new customer acquisition, support sales and marketing go‑to‑market initiatives. Direct customer engagement is required.
• Lead solution and product innovation initiatives; evangelize local use cases/technology trends and influence the product roadmap.
• Build technical thought‑leadership in Akamai AI inference and GPU offerings to support overall Akamai business growth.
• Design large GPU clusters to meet customer AI inference and training needs.

What You Bring

• Experience working in a customer‑facing technical role with a public cloud, either Hyperscale or Neo Cloud.
• Possess multiple certifications from AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Demonstrate experience designing, developing, or maintaining multi‑tier distributed application architectures, including cloud‑native, hybrid cloud, and multi‑cloud.
• Demonstrate experience with Kubernetes and related containerization technologies, including registries, container runtimes, container networking, and container storage.
• Demonstrate experience architecting complex GPU and AI workloads, including GPU clusters, for model training and execution.
• Demonstrate cloud basics across CLI tools, SDKs, and automation tools like Ansible, Salt, and Terraform.
• Be fluent in both German and English languages.
