Senior Technologist (f/m/div)

In this Senior Technologist role within Manufacturing and Operations, you drive manufacturing processes in a high-tech cleanroom using SPC methods. You supervise equipment setup, maintenance, and fault handling, while mentoring new colleagues and coordinating multi-shift workflows. You help optimize performance and contribute to Infineon’s decarbonization and digitalization agenda. This position offers hands-on impact in a global semiconductor environment.

• Monitor, control, and initiate manufacturing processes using SPC and process parameters
• Perform regular cleaning and setup on equipment components and document work
• Identify machine/system faults and carry out complex repair/maintenance tasks
• Inspect, service, and maintain production equipment with documentation of activities
• Provide on-the-job training and instruction for new employees
• Coordinate workflows and material flow in a multi-shift cleanroom operation
• Set up machines, load and monitor equipment, actively support production operations

• Three-year technical vocational training program (e.g., Electronics Technician or Industrial Mechanic)
• Initial professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong MS Office and SAP R/3 knowledge
• Team player with German language skills; English a plus
• Willingness to work shifts in a cleanroom environment
