Senior Test Analyst

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test scenarios and scripts


• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing


• Identify, log, and track defects, evaluating the results of each testing cycle


• Support the Product Owner in defining acceptance criteria and validating user stories


• Participate in requirements reviews, sprints, UAT sessions, and other Agile ceremonies


• Assess non-functional requirements, especially performance and security


• Identify vulnerabilities and conduct validations based on OWASP best practices


• Use test automation, performance testing, test management, and test execution tools


• Create automated scripts and work with variable data sets (datapools)


• Prepare test documentation, including plans, test cases, evidence, and test data sets


• Identify the target test items and define appropriate strategies for each testing cycle

Demonstrates expertise in Software Quality Assurance and Testing, with a strong focus on manual and automated testing, performance and security testing, and the ability to create and execute test scripts. Proficient in Agile methodologies and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing


• Experience with manual and automated testing


• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing


• Knowledge of OWASP and vulnerability identification


• Experience with test automation and performance testing tools


• Knowledge of script creation and automated execution using datapools


• Experience preparing test documentation


• Experience working with Agile methodologies


• Analytical, investigative, and quality-oriented mindset


• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field


• Experience automating tests for web, mobile, or API applications


• Knowledge of performance testing tools


• Knowledge of application security testing


• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines


• Knowledge of test and defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms


• Knowledge of APIs and tools for service testing


• Certifications in Software Quality Assurance, such as ISTQB, are considered a plus
