Overview

In this role you will own test development across the product lifecycle for automotive and industrial semiconductor solutions. You will design and deploy state-of-the-art ATE test solutions and drive yield and test efficiency improvements in a fast-paced, global environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable test programs and hardware for high-volume manufacturing. This is a technical, impact-driven position with a strong emphasis on innovation and best-practice sharing.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and optimize test strategies to improve coverage, quality, and efficiency
Design, implement, and deploy scalable ATE test solutions (hardware and software) for production
Architect and maintain a modular, reusable test program framework for multiple products
Lead design and validation of load boards and test hardware for HVM
Analyze and improve yield, cost of test, and product quality with compliance to industry standards
Collaborate with system validation teams on device characterization and performance analysis
Contribute to cross-functional peer reviews and establish best practices across teams

Zentrale Anforderungen

5+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering
Hands-on experience with ATE for analog/mixed-signal devices (Advantest V93k desirable)
Knowledge of Design for Testability (DfT) concepts and implementation
Proficiency in ATE programming (C/C++ and Java)
Experience in statistical data analysis (Excel, JMP or equivalent)
Hardware debug and measurement techniques
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
