We are at Coforge hiring for Senior Testing & Migration Lead with Testing and Migration, TARGET Services, RTGS, T2, T2S, TIPS, Digital Euro OR payments, securities settlement, or financial market infrastructures

Job Description:

• Lead the definition, coordination and execution of testing and migration activities for large-scale financial market infrastructure initiatives, including stakeholder coordination across central banks, market participants, service providers, and internal delivery teams. The role aligns directly with the Senior profile evaluation criteria in Lot 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Define testing and migration strategies for market infrastructure programmes.


• Lead end-to-end migration planning and execution.


• Coordinate large-scale test campaigns involving multiple stakeholders.


• Establish governance, reporting, defect management, and readiness assessments.


• Drive testing automation strategy and tooling adoption.


• Facilitate coordination between business, operations, and technology stakeholders.


• Prepare and present status updates, risk assessments, and decision materials for senior governance bodies.


• Support market participant onboarding and migration readiness activities.


• Extensive experience in testing and migration programmes within payments, securities settlement, or financial market infrastructures.


• Experience leading testing strategy development.


• Experience coordinating large testing communities and external stakeholders.


• Experience with testing automation frameworks and tooling.


• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.


• Experience with TARGET Services, RTGS, T2, T2S, TIPS, Digital Euro or equivalent market infrastructure environments is highly relevant.
