Greenfields is seeking a legal professional based in Frankfurt or Berlin to take ownership of corporate housekeeping and legal structuring for international clients. You will act as a trusted advisor at the intersection of law and finance, combining technical expertise with a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset to drive real impact.

Key responsibilities

You’ll be a key player in shaping our services, mentoring junior colleagues, and growing into a leadership role by completing the following tasks:

Set up and supervise corporate operations for international clients
Support M&A or real estate transactions and post‑closing integration
Be the key contact for investors and their advisors (legal, tax, auditors etc.)
Draft, review, and execution of corporate files
Monitor and support accounting, tax, banking and audit related matters
Ensure client satisfaction and tax/legal compliance

Your profile

Degree in Law, Business Law, Business Administration, Tax/Accounting or related field
Solid understanding of German legal and financial requirements
Hands‑on mentality with eagerness to drive continuous improvement
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders in both English and German
Solution‑oriented and capable of making decisions in a dynamic environment
Willingness to go beyond classic legal tasks into financial/administrative corporate topics
