We are looking for a (Senior) Manager, Transformation & Performance to help turn our agenda into disciplined execution - keeping a complex portfolio of initiatives on track and contributing to one of the most significant change efforts in the business.You will report into the Head of Strategy & Transformation and work closely with senior leaders across Springer Nature and Springer Nature Health.Role Responsibilities:Drive growth and transformation initiatives across the programme’s core areas - AI , strategy, go-to-market , product and business model, performance, and peopleTranslate strategy into execution — building and maintaining delivery plans, milestones, critical-path tracking, and decision logs that keep initiatives movingSupport the Transformation Office in maintaining execution discipline, governance cadence, and prioritisation across workstreamsCoordinate cross-functional teams , holding workstreams accountable to outcomes and timelines and proactively unblocking issuesPrepare executive- and board-level materials — decks, updates, and recommendations for senior leadershipBring AI fluency to the work, with a clear understanding of how AI is reshaping products, workflows, and business modelsExperience, Skills & Qualifications:EssentialDemonstrable experience, ideally combining business consulting with in-house strategy or transformation workA proven track record of working directly with senior management and C-level stakeholdersStrong command of transformation, strategy and execution — equally comfortable with the slide and the spreadsheet, the vision, the people and the operational detailExceptional communication, coordination, and presentation skillsA structured, hands-on, self-directed working style, with the ability to thrive amid ambiguity and paceGenuine interest in healthcare, life sciences, and AIFluent in EnglishStrong change management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring people along through complex organisational changeExperience working with multidisciplinary and international teams across different markets and culturesDesirableFluent in German or DutchHealthcare, life science and AI sector experienceNote for candidates in the Netherlands: As per our local policy, please be aware that this role will be open only for internal candidates within the first 2 weeks.
