About the Role

As Associate Director, Treasury and E‑Payment Operations, you will take ownership of a business‑critical function at Redcare, ensuring smooth and scalable cash and payment operations across our fast‑growing e‑commerce platform.

You will lead and further develop our treasury and e‑payment operations, driving performance, improving processes, and building strong structures in a dynamic environment. Working closely with Finance and Tech, you’ll play a key role in enabling growth through reliable liquidity management and seamless payment experiences.

About your tasks

• Lead and develop a team of ~6, fostering a high‑performing and collaborative environment
• Own daily treasury operations, including cash management and short‑term cash flow forecasting
• Ensure smooth and scalable e‑payment operations in a high‑volume B2C environment
• Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency
• Drive hands‑on improvements of processes and systems in close collaboration with Tech/IT

Qualifications

About you

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e‑payment operations, ideally in a fast‑paced environment
• First leadership experience with a strong hands‑on, “lead by example” mindset
• Solid expertise in cash management and short‑term cash flow forecasting
• Experience working with ERP and payment systems, and collaborating with Tech teams
• A pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach with the ambition to improve and build
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
• German language skills are a plus

This role can be based in either our Cologne or Sevenum office. Whichever you choose will be your primary location with regular (weekly) on‑site presence; occasional (bi‑weekly - monthly) visits to the other office are also part of the role.
