Senior UGC Creative Producer (Fully Remote)

• This is a highly hands-on role for a creative producer who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• You will own the full creative production process, from concept to performance analysis.
• You will work closely with growth, product, and marketing teams to scale a key growth channel.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end production of UGC and short-form video for paid and organic campaigns.
• Write scripts, hooks, and captions, and manage creators and production partners.
• Build scalable workflows and analyze performance to optimize future content.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience producing high-volume UGC and short-form video for B2C brands.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content best practices.
• Ability to independently lead the full production process from concept to delivery.
