What you'll do

We’re looking for self-starters who thrive without hand holding and create structure in unstructured environments. You’ll work with experienced entrepreneurs, internal teams, and external partners to bring ideas to life.

You can expect to research markets and speak directly with customers to identify high potential opportunities, develop scalable business models and turn early concepts into investor-ready ventures.

You’ll operate like an entrepreneur from day one and set the standard for ownership and collaboration.

This role is for you if

• You're scrappy, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• You are comfortable with uncertainty. You’re open to pivots and aren’t too attached to specific ideas/features/directions.
• You’re communicative. You share learnings proactively, ask for help when stuck, defend your decisions, and update when wrong.
• You’ve built something from scratch.
• You’re technically conversant and a hands-on AI user who actively experiments with and integrates AI tools.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Bonus: You have prior experience in logistics, startups, or building teams.
