Senior Webflow Developer, SEO – Interactive Experiences

Responsibilities

• Develop pixel‑perfect Webflow websites from Figma designs.
• Build and maintain CMS collections, reusable components, forms, and custom embeds.
• Create engaging web animations using Webflow Interactions, GSAP, Three.js, Lottie, Rive, or Spline.
• Implement analytics and event tracking using GA4, GTM, PostHog, or similar tools.
• Optimize websites for technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance.
• Execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing and funnel improvements.
• Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Webflow, including CMS, responsive layouts, and advanced components.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience converting Figma designs into production‑ready Webflow websites.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, web performance, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience implementing analytics and conversion tracking.
• Experience creating advanced web animations using GSAP, Three.js, Webflow Interactions, or similar technologies.
