You will:

• Strategically and operationally develop our websites (especially TYPO3, WordPress and Webflow).
• Design and optimize UX/UI concepts, landing pages, and digital customer journeys.
• Analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates, and derive optimization measures from this data.
• Drive forward tracking, analytics and conversion topics together with internal teams and external partners.
• Improve SEO measures and the visibility of our content in search engines and AI-based search systems.
• Managing agencies and service providers and ensuring the quality of implementation
• Identify digital trends, technologies and best practices and make them usable for APCOA
• work closely with marketing, product management, IT and international teams

You have:

• Several years of professional experience in the field of website management, digital experience, UX/UI or digital marketing
• Experience with content management systems such as TYPO3, WordPress and/or Webflow; experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics; and a good understanding of data-driven optimization.
• A good understanding of tracking, tag management and conversion concepts, as well as the ability to define requirements, evaluate implementations and drive them forward together with developers or agencies.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, conversion optimization and digital customer journeys
• Experience in UX/UI design as well as a strong sense for user-friendliness, information architecture and modern web design.
• The ability to understand technical requirements and translate them clearly between marketing, IT, developers, and external partners.
• Experience in managing agencies and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• An independent, structured and hands-on work style
• Experience with CMS systems such as TYPO3 and/or WordPress
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, web tracking, and data-driven optimization
