Senior/Group Key Account Manager -Retail (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Full ownership: take end‑to‑end responsibility for assigned national customers and drive key KPIs to secure HOLY’s future success
• Manage and expand HOLY’s retail presence by intensifying existing partnerships.
• Support cross‑functional teams to align retail strategies with overall brand and supply chain objectives.
• Deliver customized solutions for retail partners to ensure seamless operations and long‑term satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing omni‑channel activation plans that align with the retail roadmap and develop innovative activation strategies that drive sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement in retail environments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing retail relationships and negotiating at national level, with a proven track record in sales and account management.
• Fluent in both English and German and capable of communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, taking ownership of role and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and results.
• Strategic, with ability to analyze data and translate into actionable retail strategies.
• Collaboration skills, excelling in teamwork and aligning with multiple departments to achieve shared goals.
