About The Role

You’ll work as part of a small, high-caliber team operating with high autonomy, fast iteration cycles, and strong founder energy.

In this role, you will:

• Continuously explore emerging shifts in AI interfaces, orchestration, agents, autonomy, and AI-powered work through hands‑on experimentation and ecosystem research
• Stay deeply connected to the AI ecosystem through founder networks, user conversations, Product Hunt, Reddit, GitHub, X, events, and emerging tooling
• Identify unmet needs and future product opportunities that could shape n8n’s long‑term direction
