In this role you will contribute to the development of software for digital hip preservation technologies within Stryker’s Sports Medicine team. You will work on a cross-functional project team to design, develop, test, and maintain C++ Windows desktop software, helping evolve the platform with modern development practices. You will collaborate with senior engineers and across products to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. • Develop and maintain C++ Windows desktop software in line with requirements, architecture, and quality standards
• Contribute to design, technical, and process improvements and maintain the existing platform
• Create and maintain technical documentation and follow established development processes
• Collaborate with senior engineers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams on features and architectural discussions
• Work closely with international teams and adjacent products/projects

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Professional experience in C++ development with Qt, preferably in a regulated industry (ambition-strong graduates welcome)
• Experience with modern development tools: Visual Studio, Git, CI/CD pipelines, issue tracking systems
• Experience across the software development life cycle (requirements, design, implementation, V&V) is a plus
• Proactive, self-driven, reliable team player with clear communication in an international environment
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
