Flowers is one of Germany’s fastest-growing B2B SaaS tech startups. As a Workflow Automation Platform orchestrating Deterministic Processes, Agents, and Humans for the German Mittelstand, we are redefining how companies manage their operational workflows.
We are looking for an SEO & Geo Marketing Manager (f/d/m) to dominate our organic visibility and build targeted, regional B2B presence. We are not looking for a traditional marketer who relies on manual execution and standard campaign templates. We need a high-leverage marketing builder and system architect who combines programmatic SEO, deep search intent targeting, and geo-marketing with modern AI engineering. Your mission is to build and own an automated, AI-powered organic lead machine that captures Mittelstand companies exactly when they search for automation solutions in their region or niche. If you thrive in optimizing crawl budgets and SQL queries as much as in deploying programmatic, AI-generated landing pages, this is your play.

YOUR MISSION

• Drive Programmatic & AI-Powered SEO: Architect, deploy, and own automated, AI-driven processes to create hundreds of highly relevant, search-optimized landing pages for specific B2B use cases and industries.

• Scale Local B2B Visibility (Geo-Marketing): Design, run, and optimize targeted geo-marketing strategies to capture regional clusters of the German Mittelstand (e.g., mechanical engineering in Southern Germany) through local SEO and localized content.

• Master Technical SEO & Architecture: Own the technical health of our website. Optimize site speed, crawlability, indexing, and architecture to ensure our organic infrastructure scales flawlessly.

• Execute Intent-Based Keyword Strategy: Identify high-intent search queries for workflow automation and translate them into traffic- and lead-generating content pipelines.

• Bridge Organic & Social Synergies: Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to strengthen off-page signals (backlinks, social shares) and distribute relevant organic content across social channels.

• Measure & Optimize Performance: Build tracking frameworks and dashboards (e.g., via Looker Studio, GA4, GSC) to rigorously analyze rankings, organic traffic, local engagement, and their direct impact on the lead pipeline.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven B2B SaaS SEO Track Record: 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech scale-ups, with a strong history of scaling organic traffic and driving B2B pipeline growth.

• Programmatic SEO & AI Expertise: Practical experience building programmatic SEO campaigns. You know how to connect CMS, databases, and AI tools to roll out content at scale.

• Technical & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with common SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog), web analytics (GA4, GSC), and ideally possessing basic knowledge in HTML/CSS, Python, or SQL.

• Geo-Marketing Fluency: Deep understanding of creating regional marketing and visibility strategies, specifically tailored to Mittelstand companies in the DACH region.

• Growth & Experimentation Driven: Strong analytical capabilities with a disciplined approach to structured hypothesis testing. Fluent German skills (to exactly nail search intent in the DACH market) and strong English skills are required.
