SEO Manager – SEO & Content Marketing

You are responsible for systematically building our organic visibility.
You develop and implement a holistic SEO strategy with a clear emphasis on technical SEO, site architecture, and on-page optimization.
You build and maintain a structured content roadmap and manage content quality — from topic research to final approval.
You conduct keyword and topic research along the patient journey.
You actively advance our work in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — with concrete measures, not just theory.
You own off-page SEO and link building.
You monitor rankings, traffic, and content performance and derive concrete, actionable measures.

Requirements

Proven experience in SEO — ideally with a technical foundation.
Knowledge and experience in GEO — you understand how AI systems evaluate content and how to optimize for them.
Strong language sense, editorial confidence, and a structured way of working.
Confident use of SEO & GEO tools.
Ability to prepare complex content in a clear and compliance-oriented manner.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
Experience in regulated or competitive markets is a plus — not mandatory.
