SEO/GEO Copywriter (d/f/m)

Location: Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne – hybrid.

Job Purpose

This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team in Germany. We combine technology and experience design to create emotive yet conversion‑focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviours to make a difference in the market.

What You’ll Do

• Create clear, effective, and original copy and content for our clients’ CRM marketing
• Iterate on copy changes quickly and effectively with guidance from the Senior Copywriter
• Write, research, and optimize high‑quality copy designed to perform exceptionally well in both traditional search engines (SEO) and emerging generative AI search experiences (GEO)
• Leverage knowledge of online user behavior to conceptualize and develop engaging content formats that effectively attract, inform, and convert our target audience
• Adhere to clients’ tone of voice and brand guidelines
• Research competitors and trends for creative inspiration
• Collaborate with Designers
• Contribute to team creative brainstorms
• Proactively support other Copywriters regionally and globally

What You Bring

• Precision and Quality : impeccable command of grammar and style, with a keen eye for detail that ensures every piece of content is polished and professional
• Collaborative Spirit : enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and can translate complex technical requirements or marketing goals into clear, persuasive copy
• Initial Experience in Digital Copywriting : degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and some practical experience in writing engaging, brand‑aligned digital content
• Experience with SEO/GEO‑Content : understand how users search for information and products online, and have practical experience in writing keyword‑optimised, user‑centric long copy
• General Understanding of Content Marketing : know how users consume content online and about different content formats and elements; use this knowledge to create content that attracts and convinces users
• Adaptability to GEO/LLMO & AI‑Tools : flexible in working style, able to switch to new tools intuitively, and motivated to adapt your methods as AI changes the market
• Proficiency in English and German : at least C1 level
