Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our after-sales service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical support, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of SANY heavy equipment products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on SANY heavy equipment, including port machinery and crane products.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control system faults in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide technical support to customers, dealers, and internal teams through on-site visits, remote assistance, phone, and email.
• Conduct inspections, fault analysis, and root cause investigations to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, technical documentation, and warranty-related reports.
• Support equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities at customer sites.
• Deliver technical training to customers, operators, dealers, and service partners on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product support, and quality teams to provide field feedback and support continuous product improvement.
• Ensure all service activities comply with company safety standards, local regulations, and customer requirements.
• Travel within Germany and occasionally across Europe to support customers and service operations.

Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience servicing heavy equipment.
• Experience in either of the following fields:

Port Machinery (Reach Stackers, Material Handlers, Telescopic Handlers, etc.)

Crane Equipment (Mobile Cranes, Truck Cranes, All Terrain Cranes, Crawler Cranes, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe.
• Valid driver's license.
