Service Manager – DACH & Benelux

Ready to take service operations to the next level?

ELGi Compressors is looking for an experienced Service Manager for the DACH & Benelux region to strengthen our European team.

You will work closely with Stefan Holz, responsible for Distribution Development in DACH, and Victor Escolano Marco, our Senior Sales Director, as well as our wider European Sales and Aftermarket teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving our after-sales service activities across the region, working closely with our customers, distributors, service partners and internal Sales & Aftermarket teams.

What will you do?

• Drive and develop after-sales service activities across DACH & Benelux
• Support and develop our distributor and service partner network
• Provide technical support related to installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners
• Identify opportunities to grow service, spare parts, service contracts and extended warranties
• Support partners through technical training and best-practice sharing
• Ensure high service quality, customer satisfaction and compliance with ELGi safety standards
• Work closely with Sales, Aftermarket and Product teams across Europe

What are we looking for?

You bring a strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Engineering or another technical field, together with around 6–8 years of experience in technical service / after-sales .

Experience in compressed air, compressors or related industrial equipment would be a strong advantage.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is hands‑on, customer‑oriented, technically strong and comfortable working across different countries and cultures .

Location: ideally Germany, with responsibility for DACH & Benelux

Regular travel within the region is part of the role.
