Service Manager (m/f/d)

You will support our Director of Portfolio/Product Management in all operational and strategic tasks. In doing so, you will act as the central interface between product management, manufacturing, IT, and our electronics manufacturing customers.

This is what your everyday work with us could look like

Support in the creation, preparation, and maintenance of production data, as well as first-level support
Deployment: Support and operational implementation of the introduction of new processes and tools in electronics manufacturing
Consultance: Advising specialist departments on processes and interfaces between product development, work preparation, and manufacturing, as well as working closely with these departments
Integration: Support with the integration of systems for data preparation and line control
Training: Conducting internal and external training courses

We value the following skills

Training or studies in electronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field
Experience in electronics manufacturing (e.g., SMT, THT, testing processes, etc.) or related areas (product management, work preparation, production)
Ideally, you will have knowledge in one of the following areas: software (Valor Process Preparation, Valor Bom Connector) or machines (e.g., ASM, Fuji, Juki, Panasonic, Mycronics, etc.)
IT affinity and knowledge of Windows networks, TCP/IP, databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
Good communication skills and technical understanding in interaction with various departments
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
