Service Product Manager

Responsibilities / Tasks

As our Global Digital Product Manager (GPM) , you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle , driving the success of digital service products with global impact. You will own the product vision, define scalable strategies , and build high-performing project teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of a global portfolio of digital service products
• Define product roadmaps , business scaling models , and roll-out strategies to drive recurring revenue
• Build a uniform digital platform supporting commercial sustainability offerings
• Monitor and report KPIs , ensuring alignment with internal stage-gate processes
• Identify innovation opportunities and bring new products to market successfully
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and R&D
• Support portfolio management and recurring revenue transformation initiatives

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management , service business transformation , or similar roles
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and value creation
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Experience with digital innovation and sustainability trends
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making
• A proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment
