Are you ready to drive service excellence in the fast‑growing eMobility industry? As a Service Project Manager eMobility (f/m/d), you will lead strategic service initiatives, manage cross‑functional projects, and support key customers while contributing to the future of sustainable mobility.

Your impact & mission:

  • Support the rollout of global service offerings and drive successful market deployment.
  • Lead Voice of Front Office initiatives and coordinate service improvement actions.
  • Manage end‑to‑end retrofit programs, ensuring quality, timeline, and cost targets are met.
  • Oversee technical projects for key customers and strategic business initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Service, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery.

Your mindset:

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in service operations, service program management, or technical project management.
  • Experience in EV charging, eMobility, or a related technical industry is preferred.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe (approximately 5‑10%).
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French are a plus.
