Service Sales Manager (f/m/n)

• Develop and grow the EMEA service business by identifying and converting opportunities for service contracts, spare parts, system modifications, continuous improvement projects, upgrades, and other value-added services
• Track and negotiate contract renewals
• Consult customers on suitable service concepts, maintenance models, and contract packages based on their operational requirements
• Prepare commercial proposals, follow up on opportunities, and support negotiations through to order placement
• Analyze the installed base and customer portfolio to proactively identify additional service sales potential and strengthen long-term customer relationships

Commercial Processing & Reporting

• Manage the commercial process for service quotations and orders, including internal coordination, order processing, invoicing, and follow-up of open topics
• Maintain accurate opportunity, quotation, and order data in the relevant CRM and ERP systems
• Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up
• Regularly report and forecast key service sales KPIs, including pipeline, order intake, revenue, key opportunities, and strategic deals
• Support service sales planning, budgeting, and the continuous improvement of commercial processes and service offerings

Service Coordination & Internal Alignment

• Coordinate service requests, repairs, preventive maintenance, and other service activities with customers, internal engineers, and external service partners
• Support scheduling and ensure that required spare parts, tools, equipment, and other resources are available for planned service activities
• Act as interface between customers and internal functions such as Account Service Managers, Field Service Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Support the efficient resolution of commercial and operational service topics while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Required capabilities, and skills

• EU citizenship or valid work permit
• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field (i.e. major in logistics, automation, industrial engineering etc.)
• Experience in automation, intralogistics, robotics, AMRs/AGVs, material handling, or similar technical systems is preferred
• Strong commercial mindset combined with a good understanding of technical products and services
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with customers, service partners, and internal teams
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously
• Experience in coordinating service schedules, repairs, or maintenance activities is a strong advantage
• Analytical skills and the ability to work with data to generate reports
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is a must, Chinese is preferred; additional local languages are a plus
