Service Technician in Field Service (m/f/d)

As a subsidiary of the parent company based in Denmark, we market our products with great success across Germany.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service Technician in Field Service (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

Working as a Service Team Member, you will represent the face of FOSS and drive best‑in‑class customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism. Your job is to perform preventive maintenance, installation and commissioning of FOSS analysis systems, troubleshooting, and provide expert technical support and service to customers and colleagues, together with enhancing user competency.

• Implementation of user seminars
• Management of spare parts

Qualifications

You are someone who enjoys understanding how things work and takes pride in solving technical challenges. Just as importantly, you enjoy working with customers and are motivated by helping them succeed. You combine technical expertise with a hands‑on, service‑oriented mindset and are comfortable working independently while staying connected to a broader team.

• A technical education and experience from a field service, maintenance, support, or similar technical role
• Experience with analytical, laboratory, process, or industrial equipment, ideally within the food industry or a related field
• A strong customer focus and a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Fluency in German and a good command of English
• The flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within Germany
