About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Solution Architect with strong telecommunications expertise to join our team. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between technical solutions and business requirements, with particular emphasis on telecommunications processes and data migration principles.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in the telecommunications industry with comprehensive understanding of eTOM TM Forum frameworks and their practical application to telecom business processes
• Proficient knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation methodologies
• Strong expertise in data migration principles, strategies, and best practices
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels
• Deep understanding of telecommunications business operations, service delivery models, and industry-specific challenges

What You'll Do

• Design and implement solutions that align with telecommunications industry standards and frameworks
• Apply eTOM principles to optimize client business processes and operational efficiency
• Lead data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity and business continuity during system transitions
• Configure ServiceNow implementations tailored to telecommunications requirements
• Provide expert consultation to clients, serving as a trusted technical advisor
• Develop migration strategies that minimize operational disruption while maximizing data quality
