Drive profitable growth and financial excellence across our Service and Project business. As a key finance partner to Service Product Owners, Operations, Tendering, and Project Execution teams, you will help ensure profitable growth, control solution risks, and drive financial discipline across the entire business lifecycle.

With a strong focus on service profitability, cost transparency, and recharge mechanisms, you'll oversee a business scope of approximately 60% Service and 40% Project activities, supporting both current tendering and future project execution. Your mission:

• Drive Service Business Performance by improving contract profitability, service margins, installed base monetization, and operational cost efficiency.
• Ensure Cost Transparency & Recharge Management through accurate warranty cost tracking, cross-entity recharge mechanisms, and effective cost allocation to protect margins.
• Partner with Service Product Owners & Commercial Teams to evaluate solution profitability, support pricing strategies, and validate sustainable business models.
• Manage Financial Risk Across Tendering & Project Execution by validating cost structures, challenging assumptions, monitoring project performance, and mitigating financial risks throughout delivery.
• Lead Performance Steering & Governance by driving forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial compliance, and end-to-end profitability across the business lifecycle.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Finance, Service Finance, or Project Controlling, preferably within industrial, project-based, or solution-oriented environments.
• Strong P&L and operational finance expertise, including cost control, performance management, forecasting, and profitability improvement across service and project businesses.
• Proven experience partnering with Tendering, Sales, Operations, Product Owners, and Project Execution teams in complex, international, and cross-functional organizations.
• Strong risk management mindset with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, technical, and execution risks throughout the business lifecycle.
• Influential and hands-on business partner with excellent stakeholder management skills, a constructive challenge mindset, and a passion for driving business performance and accountability.
