This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a leading AI industry customer while building expertise on cutting-edge Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).For the first 9–18 months, you will primarily support a major customer in Achim, Germany (approximately 75% of your time). As your experience grows, your focus will expand to supporting customers across Europe.Key responsibilitiesAs a key technical expert, you will:Install and commission semiconductor test systems, upgrades, and software packagesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex hardware and software issuesProvide on-site and remote technical support to customers and colleaguesLead customer escalations and drive issues to resolutionDeliver service and maintenance training to customersDocument solutions, lessons learned, and best practicesContribute to continuous improvement and productivity initiativesTravel regularly within Europe and occasionally globally.About you3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or another advanced technical environmentEducation within Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldQualification to perform independent electrical work under German regulations (Elektrofachkraft or equivalent)Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePointA proactive and self-driven approach with a passion for learningExcellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindsetFluent English skills, both written and spokenBasic German skills or willingness to develop themA valid driver's license.Bereitgestellt in Kooperation mit der Bundesagentur für Arbeit.
