Job Overview

High‑end service for heat pumps. You work independently in your region, start directly from home, and have a strong team behind you. Modern tools such as Salesforce and Praxedo are used so you can focus on technology, not paperwork.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixum: Secure base salary between 4,000 € and 5,000 € Brutto (varies with experience).
• Wochenend‑Turbo:
  • 200 € Brutto lump sum for being on standby during weekends.
  • 150 € Brutto extra for each deployment at a customer site.
• Service‑Vehicle: Your own well‑equipped vehicle, including home‑to‑work travel and, upon request, 1% private use (after probation).

Responsibilities

• Saisonal Profi: From Easter to October you perform professional maintenance of durable systems; from October to Easter you are the rescue in the event of system failures and restoration.
• Fehlersuche & Diagnose: You analyze complex systems and bring heat pumps to efficient operation.
• Technik‑Experte: You support our installation teams as the technical contact for difficult questions on site.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ausbildung: Trade apprenticeship as Anlagenmechaniker SHK, electrician, mechatronics for HVAC, or comparable qualification.
• Erfahrung: Strong background in customer service or installation of heat pumps.
• Zertifizierung: Ideally an Elektrofachkraft for specialized tasks (EfFfT) and/or a Kälteschein after ChemKlimaschutzV.
• Must‑haves: Fluent German conversation for customer consulting and a B class driving licence.
