Shift Supervisor (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth daily operations of the business is one of your most important responsibilities
• You are responsible for personnel management and leadership during your shift
• The training and professional development of your employees fall within your area of responsibility
• You are responsible for handling customer complaints
• You will prepare the financial reports and daily reports
• You will support your store management (with administrative tasks)
• You will ensure that goods are received and ordered properly

Your Qualifications

• Professional experience in a comparable role with relevant experience in managing staff
• A hospitable personality with all that entails: a communicative, personable manner, flexible organizational skills, a passion for working independently, and the motivation to roll up your sleeves and get to work
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to lead employees effectively: a solid understanding of business and organizational matters, coupled with a willingness to take on responsibility
