Your profile

• Completed training in logistics, freight forwarding, or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in shipping/logistics, ideally with management responsibility
• Strong organizational and assertiveness skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach
• Team spirit, resilience, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to actively participate in operational shipping tasks
• Technical and organizational management of the shipping department
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring all shipping and logistics processes
• Ensuring on-time, cost-optimized, and high-quality deliveries
• Leadership, motivation, and deployment planning of shipping staff
• Optimization of workflows and continuous process improvement
• Collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, production, and external logistics service providers
• Responsibility for compliance with safety, quality, and shipping regulations
• Preparation of evaluations and key performance indicators (KPIs)
