This position requires an individual who embodies  excellence in service , professionalism, and discretion, while delivering a seamless front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and refined welcome to visitors, clients, and stakeholders
• Manage incoming calls and handle requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensure the reception area consistently reflects the highest standards
• Coordinate administrative support tasks with accuracy and discretion
• Maintain a premium client experience at all times

Profile Required

• Impeccable presentation and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent sense of service and attention to detail
• Fluent in English and French; any additional language is considered an asset
• Previous experience in a premium, luxury, or corporate front-of-house environment is highly valued
• Proactive, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
• Any experience in a law firm is an asset
