YOUR TASKS

• Simulations: Perform structural, thermal, and multiphysics simulations and calculations.
• Modeling: Develop, evaluate, and document simulation models.
• Optimization: Derive optimization measures for component geometries, materials, and manufacturing boundary conditions.
• Project Support: Support development, design engineering, testing, and production teams.
• Validation: Assess test results and correlate and validate them against simulation data.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare technical reports, verification documents, and decision-making proposals.

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualifications: A completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Experience: Professional experience in structural design, engineering mechanics, and numerical simulation, with solid proficiency in calculation and simulation methods.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of FEM/FEA, strength of materials, materials science, and laminate/multilayer theory, as well as component assessment.
• IT Skills: Experience with simulation software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, or HyperMesh (or equivalent) is required; basic knowledge of CAD systems is an advantage.
• Language Skills: negotiation-level proficiency in German and English.
