Site Manager (m/f/d) – renewable energies

You will lead on-site management for photovoltaic construction across international sites, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. You’ll coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and project teams to monitor milestones, implement engineering changes, and drive improvements. The role combines hands-on site leadership with strong cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, multicultural environment. • Oversee correct and timely completion of photovoltaic projects on site
• Monitor progress against milestones and ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements
• Act as interface between construction site and internal functions (Engineering, Supply Chain & Procurement, Project Management)
• Execute and document quality checks on site
• Identify defects, propose improvements, and coordinate solution implementation
• Manage engineering changes on construction sites
• Collaborate with the project manager throughout the project duration
• Lead and organize the site management team (including accommodations and task distribution)
• Coordinate delivery of components to the site with the supply chain department

• experience in the management of construction projects
• completed training in electrical sector, skilled trades, construction industry or completed studies in electrical engineering or civil engineering
• good English skills
• driving license class B
• experience with subcontractors
• good MS Office knowledge
• willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
