• Independent site management of construction projects
• Coordination and management of in-house and external subcontractors on the construction site
• Conducting negotiations with subcontractors regarding construction implementation, interpretation, amendments and extensions to the construction contract as well as supplementary contract management
• You monitor the costs, deadlines and quality of your projects as a matter of course

Your profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a site manager in a construction or property development company
• You are a team player with a strong focus on implementation, leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
• You can define project goals, communicate them clearly and enforce their achievement
