Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure uptime and reliability across both sites.
• Manage on‑site staff, contractors, and service providers to maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Report on site performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills/Must have

• Proven experience managing mission‑critical facilities, ideally within data centers or a similar environment.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
• Fluent in German
