We are looking for an experienced site manager for the Technical Insulation department (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Location: Berlin (with travel activities in Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt, as well as optional home office shares)

What you can expect from us:

• You will be responsible for the supervision and management of construction sites in the field of technical insulation in northern and eastern Germany.
• One focus is on creating measurements for material orders and invoicing as well as sheet metal measurements for production .
• They regularly consult with clients, project managers and subcontractors and coordinate the construction process.
• You will also instruct fitters, manage their deployment and monitor quality and performance on the construction site.
• You are also responsible for complying with health and safety regulations.

What you bring with you:

• You have several years of experience as a site manager, ideally in the field of technical insulation
• Sound knowledge of measurement, invoicing and construction coordination are among your strengths.
• You work independently, in a structured manner and impress with your assertiveness and sense of responsibility.
• A class B driver's license and a willingness to travel round off your profile.
