- Overall responsibility for the site, including P&L responsibility
- End-to-end responsibility for all operational processes: inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound
- Management and optimization of KPIs, productivity, and costs, taking efficiency and service quality into account
- Responsibility for risk management and adherence to governance and compliance requirements
- Active stakeholder management with customers and internal functions
- Holistic development of the organization, including corporate culture, talent development, succession planning, and employee retention
- Ensuring successful, cross-functional collaboration
- Leading the start-up phase as well as transformation and change projects
