Site/Resident Engineer (Mechanical)

This Resident Engineer position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in the delivery of highly technical, mission-critical facilities, ensuring complex mechanical systems are installed, tested and commissioned to the highest industry standards.

Working from Frankfurt , you will become the on-site mechanical expert, collaborating with contractors, consultants and client teams throughout the construction lifecycle. From overseeing HVAC and cooling infrastructure installations to supporting commissioning and resolving technical challenges, you'll be instrumental in helping deliver world-class facilities.

• Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience working as a Resident Engineer, Site Engineer, Clerk of Works, Site Representative or similar construction delivery role.
• Experience within Data Centres, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Industrial or highly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems including HVAC, chilled water, cooling infrastructure and associated plant.
• Experience monitoring installations, reviewing technical submittals, managing site issues and supporting commissioning activities.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, health & safety and construction best practice.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; German language skills would be advantageous.
