In this role, you will support SharkNinja’s social commerce presence by executing affiliate activities across key platforms. You will work with creators and internal teams to boost product visibility and revenue. You’ll monitor performance, provide guidance, and help optimize campaigns with analytics insights. The position sits in a fast-growing social commerce function aligned with our brand values. Verantwortungsbereiche

Execute day-to-day social affiliate initiatives across platforms
Onboard and engage creators aligned with brand objectives
Assist in delivering campaigns to drive visibility, engagement, and sales
Maintain communication with affiliates, offering timely support and creative guidance
Monitor performance via platform analytics and internal dashboards for optimization
Handle administrative tasks: partner tracking, commission setup, content approvals, and compliance
Stay informed on trends, creator opportunities, and competitor activity
Contribute to improving affiliate workflows and team efficiency
Represent SharkNinja brand values in external interactions

Zentrale Anforderungen

Experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing in ecommerce or consumer brands
Fluent in German and English
Strong understanding of social platform ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and creator culture
Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach
Motivated self-starter, ambitious and curious, willing to test ideas
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse styles
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
