Social Growth & Community Lead (Fractional) (Fully Remote)

• Manage organic social channels end to end, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
• Identify and manage partnerships with creators, parent influencers, and complementary brands.
• Track social performance metrics and turn data into actionable recommendations.

• Curious, creative, and execution-focused with 2–5 years of experience in content or community growth.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable in fast-moving startup environments.
• Passionate about building a brand families trust and recommend.
