Social Media & Brand Marketing Specialist - Germany

We're looking for a Social Media & Brand Marketing Specialist to own Muzz's brand presence and organic acquisition pipeline in Germany.

You'll be a Brand Marketer by default , responsible for bringing campaigns and brand initiatives to life locally. You'll also own Social Media Marketing , making sure our channels consistently create conversations, build our community and drive people towards Muzz.

For this role, you need to be fluent in German and English to fully own and grow Muzz’s presence in Germany. You also need to be comfortable appearing on camera.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, content marketing, communications or a related field, preferably within a consumer-facing brand.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms , including Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels, and what makes content perform on each.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns , from brief and ideation through to execution and reporting.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills, with the ability to write compelling social copy and translate ideas into clear creative briefs.
• A strong creative instinct and the ability to turn audience insights, cultural moments and business objectives into compelling ideas.
• Comfortable using social media analytics and performance data to understand what is working and optimize future content.
• Strong awareness of digital and social trends , with the curiosity to identify opportunities before everyone else is talking about them.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, media partners or other external partners is a plus.
• Strong project management skills , with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines at the same time.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills , particularly when working with Creative, Performance Marketing, Product and other country teams.
• A self-starter mentality . You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do when you can see an opportunity.
• Culturally curious and audience-focused , with an ability to understand the nuances of different Muslim communities and translate global ideas into locally relevant marketing.
• A commercial mindset and interest in understanding how brand and social activity contributes to acquisition, engagement and business growth.

Day to day

Brand Marketing

• Execute integrated brand campaigns and activations in your market.
• Localise global campaigns and develop market-specific campaigns based on local insights.
• Manage influencer, creator and brand partnership campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign delivery across Creative, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing and other internal teams.
• Coordinate Success Couple relationships and develop opportunities to turn their stories into compelling content.
• Support the Performance Marketer with country-specific creative and messaging for acquisition campaigns.
• Support Product Marketers with in-app communications and launches.
• Own local announcements and marketing campaigns for new Muzz product features.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Measure campaign performance against agreed objectives and document learnings for future campaigns.

Social Media Marketing

• Create, manage and maintain the social media content calendar.
• Develop social content that supports brand campaigns while also creating always-on engagement.
• Publish and optimize content across Muzz's owned social channels.
• Manage audience engagement, comments and community moderation.
• Identify trends, cultural moments and reactive content opportunities that Muzz can authentically participate in.
• Work with the Studio and Creative teams to brief, develop and optimise social assets.
• Track organic reach, engagement, follower growth, video performance and traffic generated from social.
• Identify high-performing content and turn learnings into repeatable formats and content opportunities.
• Continuously test new formats, platforms and approaches to grow Muzz's organic presence.
