Your area of responsibility

You develop creative content ideas, storytelling approaches and recurring social media formats that fit CALIDA and our community

From the idea to the finished asset: you conceive, produce and edit social-first content – especially reels, short videos, stories as well as photo and motion content

You translate our brand values and campaigns into platform‑specific content and ensure a consistent look & feel as well as tone of voice

You actively contribute your know‑how and trend awareness to the further development of our content, visual and tone‑of‑voice guidelines

You are responsible for editorial and content planning as well as publishing on our relevant social media platforms

You stay close to our community and take on community management

You observe trends and platform developments, test new formats and analyse content performance to derive learnings and optimisation measures

Together with influencer marketing, PR and marketing campaigning, you ensure a coordinated and effective brand presence

What is important to us

You bring several years of professional experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing – ideally in a company or agency

You have a strong sense for visual storytelling, aesthetics and social‑first content and know what works on different platforms

You have experience in conceiving and producing reels, short‑form videos and social media assets and can ideally provide us with a portfolio or references to give insight into your work
