Social Media, Content Manager

You own our social media channels end-to-end, from strategy through editorial planning to performance analysis
You appear on camera yourself and produce authentic content with your cat, handling everything from concept and shooting to the final vertical clip
You co-develop content and channel strategy with us as co-founders, contributing your own know-how, ideas, formats and trend awareness
You analyze the performance of our content, derive learnings and continuously optimize formats and posting strategy
Our customer support handles comments and messages; you use community insights as a source for new content ideas, formats and optimizations
You build a network of creators and influencers, manage collaborations and ensure a steady flow of authentic content
You prepare content for organic channels and ads and work closely with performance marketing
You have a confident sense for online culture, new formats and relevant topics around cats and animal health

Requirements

You have a cat and are willing to appear on camera with them regularly
You bring at least two years of professional experience in social media or content, e.g., in-house, at an agency or as a creator with demonstrable results
You have independently managed channels and know how to grow reach and community organically, ideally on TikTok and Instagram
You can produce and edit content yourself, e.g., with CapCut or similar tools, and feel comfortable on camera
You think in numbers and learnings: you evaluate performance and make decisions based on data rather than gut feeling
You bring both strategic and operational know-how to build and own our social function without an agency
You work independently, in a structured way and with strong communication skills
You write and speak confidently and creatively in German at a native level
