Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)

In this role you will lead BESTSECRET’s social media and editorial content to boost brand awareness and engagement across international audiences. You will work closely with the Marketing team to plan, publish, and optimize campaigns, while guiding influencer initiatives and cross-functional collaborations. This is a fast-paced, creative position in a globally oriented environment that values data-driven storytelling. • Own and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with campaign planning, publishing, and performance optimization
• Grow brand awareness and engagement for international audiences using data-driven content and KPI-focused reporting
• Create and manage premium social media content, leveraging trends to develop concepts, copy, stories, and editorial campaigns
• Lead influencer marketing from briefing to performance analysis and optimization
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, agencies, and cross-functional teams to amplify high-performing content and support brand initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• 5+ years of social media, content, or digital marketing experience in fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or premium brands
• Proven expertise in social media ownership, influencer marketing, and paid social across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Strong analytics and reporting skills with tools like Power BI; Emplifi experience is a plus
• Excellent English communication and copywriting; German or other European languages are a plus
