Social Media Creator, Organic Content & Community

Independently produce content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook—from filming and editing to the final post
Plan and maintain the editorial calendar and schedule publications across all channels
Develop new content ideas and storyline concepts
Continuously optimize content based on performance
Manage the community by responding to comments and messages
Build and nurture the online community
Visit the stores in Berlin and Hamburg regularly for filming
Collaborate with creators and influencers
Research current social media trends and test new formats

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree
• Initial experience creating social media content; your own channel, internships, or portfolio projects are just as relevant as traditional professional experience
• Confident in front of and behind the camera
• Strong understanding of trends, hooks, and storytelling on TikTok and Instagram
• Based in Berlin
• Driver’s license is a plus, but not required
• Dog or cat owner is a plus
• Curious, self-motivated, and committed to continuous development
