Your role with us

As a Social Media Manager / Content Creator, you are responsible for our social media presence. You develop creative content ideas, plan and produce content, and ensure that our brand remains authentic, relevant, and approachable. You always keep an eye on trends, performance, and the community, continuously developing our channels.

Together with our marketing, design, and e-commerce team, you bring our brand world to the smartphones of our community.

How you can support us

• Planning, managing and developing our social media channels
• Developing content strategies and editorial plans
• Identifying relevant trends, formats and platform developments
• Ensuring a consistent and brand-appropriate presence across all channels

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Developing, planning and implementing creative content – from reels and stories to campaign ideas
• Independent production and editing of photo and video content
• Involvement in front of and behind the camera
• Developing new content formats that inspire our community

Community & Influencer Management

• Active exchange with our community and maintenance of our social media channels
• Building long‑term relationships with influencers, creators and brand partners
• Support with influencer collaborations – from research and briefing to content approval

Analysis & Optimization

• Monitoring relevant KPIs and performance evaluation of our content
• Deriving concrete recommendations for action to optimize our channels
• Testing new formats and data‑driven development of our content strategy

What you bring to the table

• Initial professional experience in social media, content creation or influencer marketing – ideally in the FMCG, lifestyle or agency environment
• A feel for trends, platforms and digital communication
• Creativity and a good eye for visual language, storytelling and brand presence
• Hands‑on mentality and the ability to implement ideas independently
• Experience with video and photo editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom or Canva)
• Analytical understanding of reach, engagement and content performance
• Enjoy teamwork, communication and mutual development
