Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Overview

Your mission We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (m/f/d) to help grow and elevate our presence on Instagram and TikTok through consistent, creative, and platform-native content. You’ll be responsible for managing our social channels end to end, from planning and publishing to hands-on content creation working closely with our design team to bring the brand to life in motion, video, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram and TikTok on a daily basis, from planning to publishing.
• Own the social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
• Create and record short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
• Coordinate with designers, motion designers, and external content creators.
• Identify and execute relevant trends and formats.
• Support campaigns and product launches with social-first content.
• Track performance and optimize content based on results.
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across platforms.

Your profile

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or creative company.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok ecosystems.
• Hands-on content creator with a good eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Comfortable with basic video editing and social tools.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and turning insights into action.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Experience working with content creators or freelancers.
• Familiarity with campaign-driven social content.
• Interest in experimenting with new formats, tools, or AI-supported workflows.
