We are looking for someone to join our SEO/Social Media team

Are you familiar with platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, XING, etc.? Do you enjoy writing? Are you interested in SEO, SEA and Google tools? Are you familiar with or interested in Semrush or Neil Patel's tools (or other similar tools)?

What will you do with us?
You will be responsible for our presence on various social media channels/platforms, working with external consultancies and coordinating all activities, ideally in combination with SEO and SEA. According to your strengths, you will gradually internalise skills and improve our KPIs and the resulting market perception. You will ensure the team's consistent presence on social media, identify exciting topics and relevant content for our personas, enrich it accordingly and make it available internally. Working closely with the Managing Partner and the PR agency, you will drive our key themes and ensure we are seen in our target markets.

What helps (what you usually read elsewhere)
SA degree is not necessary, but can help. Native German speaker, English is a plus and we find any additional language interesting. Quick comprehension, the ability to grasp connections quickly and the ability to abstract. Ideally (if we could wish) you know the various tools we mentioned or better – your common sense is more important. You enjoy a methodical approach; you see processes not as obstacles but as opportunities to continuously measure and improve.

An affinity for technology (we can teach you too), MAC or Windows (okay, we think MAC is cooler, or at least most of the team does).
